Perfect condo for what we needed. Very spacious for a two bedroom. Beds very comfortable… nice touches throughout. Very nice new washer and dryer. Owner was very easy to communicate with. Only suggestion would be to have the sofa and chair cleaned.

Have been staying at Blue Heron for many years. This was a great unit with updated mattresses (some other units have terrible matresses!). For our family of 8 the double beds in second bedroom (vs twins in previous units) as well as the triple bunk (vs regular bunk in previous units) were just perfect. New washer and dryer were key as well! No issues beyond minor, like no cheese grater, very noisy fan in master ensuite, etc. Everything was very clean, great stay overall!

We had a wonderful experience ... communication was great ... property was even better then we expected ... everything is exactly as pictured ... kitchen fully equipped and we were very comfortable ... we would definately stay here again !!

Great layout in the unit. Saw fireworks in the distance from the primary bedroom balcony. Excellect location between Disney & Universal!
