It features a balcony for ocean breezes and can be connected to the 3rd floor or locked off for privacy.
Biltmore Beach Abode (Top Floor - Primary Suite + Balcony) Ideal for couples or a romantic weekend. A true penthouse-style primary suite. This top floor is a private escape with a spacious sleeping area, an en-suite bath, and a private balcony overlooking the neighborhood—perfect for morning sunrises.
