Located on the white, sugary sand beaches of the emerald Coast, this 3rd floor luxury beachfront condo at Watercrest is the perfect vacation destination for those looking for a comfortable and beautifully decorated beach get-a-way. The condo layout feels like home and offers ample space with three large bedrooms and three full bathrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests. Easy to take the stairs if you prefer that over 4 elevators.
The newly remodeled unit is beautifully furnished with a six-top dining table and seats for three more at the kitchen island, perfect for enjoying meals together. The gourmet kitchen features all new cabinetry, stainless steel appliance, granite countertops, and is equipped with all the necessities, making it a pleasure to prepare meals.
The two primary bedrooms each have comfortable king size beds and incredible views of the Gulf with large sliding glass doors to the balcony. The third bedroom offers 2 queen beds: providing plenty of sleeping options for all guests.
The bathrooms are all appointed with beautiful granite countertops and tile surrounds. One of the master bathrooms offer a tiled walk-in shower and the other two bathrooms feature a tub/shower combination.
Relax on the oversized balcony furnished with ample seating, allowing everyone to enjoy the stunning views of the Gulf from the 12th floor. From sunrise to sunset, the views are truly amazing, with endless vistas stretching out to the East and West.

Place was a little run down, door missing on closet, showers wouldn’t drain when we took a shower. No towel holders for hand towels and no toilet paper holders in two of the bathrooms. Fan also didn’t work in two of the bathrooms. Towels had stains. Lamp in living room didn’t work. The layout was nice and the beds were very comfortable so that was ok.

This condo is exactly as pictured. The views do not disappoint! The balcony is huge and we loved the panoramic views of the ocean and beach. The living room/kitchen is very spacious. The condo is conveniently located on the 3rd floor which made it easy to access throughout the day. The condo is directly above the pool so you do hear kids in the pool all day/evening and you are very close to them so it’s loud if you’re out on the balcony.We had some trouble with the dishwasher during our stay and Sherry was great about getting someone in to repair it as soon as she knew there was a problem. We would definitely go back and stay here again.
