All with cultured marble counter tops and tile surrounds. A queen size Murphy Bed is located in the living area posing as a TV console with comfortable memory foam mattress. There is maximum sleeping capacity of 10 but of course provides wonderful privacy for less occupants. Both masters have large sliding glass doors that allow an amazing view of the ocean from the 15th floor. The balcony is furnished with ample seating so everyone can enjoy the views of the Gulf as it is truly amazing from this balcony.
Watercrest Condominiums completed a 4.5 million dollar renovation and the entire complex is fresh starting with the beautiful entrance portico with amazing water feature to the pool deck where all the outdoor furnishings are new. You will find it well maintained and very clean. Please come and experience this beautiful stretch of sugar white sand beaches, abundant entertainment, and friendly southern hospitality. Of course the beach is the main attraction but the pool complex with large pool, heated in cooler weather, kiddie pool and hot tub, are a cut above also with The Tiki Bar poolside at serving your favorite frozen cocktails along with snacks and light lunch entries. Everything you need for an amazing day at the beach! There are 27 miles of beach in this Northwest Florida paradise and Watercrest is one of the most beautiful well maintained condos in the area. We love this East end of the beach because the traffic is so much lighter than in other areas. Also, parking is easy at Watercrest and the elevators are fast. You can also go parasailing, water tubing, diving, snorkeling or select to go on a dolphin watching expedition. If you tire of the beach you can chose to play a round of miniature golf with the family before you ride the go-carts, visit Just Jump Trampoline Park, or spend some time in an arcade or go shopping at Pier Park. Please do not forget St Andrew's State Park for a wonderful day trip. It's all right here and much more. Best time ever! Nice condo. 15th floor ocean views were incredible. So glad we brought binoculars. We saw dolfins every day. We will be back!
