Everything was great!

The property itself is beautiful. The view is amazing. I love the balcony sea view. 😍

Not a private beach and doesn’t have a grill like they said. Not enough stuff to last. The stairs are deceiving in the pics. The stairs are steep

Overall, pleased with the home! I didn’t expect to have to go up and down stairs constantly but it was nice! There were a few hiccups about some of the things that were supposed to be there that was listed in the reservation but wasn’t available but we made it work. The location was on a dead end street which made the parking space tricky.

The location was great. I guess the cleanness was good considering it’s on the beach.

Too many rules…I didn’t like the idea that you could not leave the windows or the patio doors opened no longer than 15 minutes without being charged a great amount of money due to the air condition system. One of the main reasons I go to the beach is to listen to the water, especially at night. I am afraid of cats and they roam the patio at night. If I had known all the rules before booking this property, I probably wouldn’t have booked it. The beds doesn’t sleep that well. The mattresses could be better. However, I will give it a fair rating. Not excellent. We did see a few water bugs and the sewage was quite smelly after the first night. I don’t know how these issues can be fixed. If you’re looking for privacy, this is not the place for you.
