This 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath condo is tastefully furnished and fully equipped, making it the perfect place to drop your bags and immediately start enjoying your Ocean City getaway. The bright and comfortable living space opens to an oversized balcony patio, a true highlight of the home and the perfect extension of your entertaining space. It’s ideal for sipping morning coffee, enjoying the salty air, or relaxing after a fun day at the beach.
Inside, the condo features Smart TVs, a washer and dryer in the unit, and a well-equipped kitchen to make your stay comfortable and convenient.
Sleeping arrangements:
• Primary Bedroom: Queen-size bed
• Bedroom 2: Twin-over-full bunk bed
Occupancy: The maximum occupancy is limited to 4 guests, and the unit welcomes both families and small groups.
Additional amenities include one assigned parking space, along with plenty of convenient street parking for additional vehicles.
Please note: Pets are not permitted in the building according to the condominium association rules.
Complimentary fresh sheets and a towel package are included with every reservation of 3 nights or more, ensuring a hassle-free experience from the moment you arrive. This will include 2 sheets for each sleeping surface, pillowcases for all the pillows and a set of towels for each guest (1-bath towel, 1-Hand towel and 1-wash cloth per guest). For hygiene and sanitation purposes, linens are professionally prepared, sealed in plastic and provided in a package. Guests will be responsible for making their own beds upon arrival
