The ocean is calling and this condo at Atlantic Court is the answer! This newly updated unit is ready to make this your best vacation yet. The main bedroom has a queen bed and a private half bath. The second bedroom has a full size bed and a TV. There is also a full size sleeper sofa. The 2nd bath had been recently updated. There is a full kitchen with newer appliances and is ready to make those cost saving meals at home. Take advantage of the balcony for morning coffee or an evening nightcap. From there you'll get a peek of the ocean and hear the crashing of the waves. A walk to the beach for a morning sunrise or a day of fun is a quick one which makes it easier for carrying beach gear or a quick trip back for lunch and a bathroom break.
There is a washer and dryer in the unit for guest use. Wi-Fi is available for your streaming needs or for those that may be "working from home".
THINGS TO KNOW:
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* This condo is on the 2nd floor. This is not an elevator building.
*Quick access to the beach.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 72nd street.
* Linens/towels are not provided. Guests are welcome to bring their own or we do offer a linen/towel package for rent.
* One numbered parking spot is provided in an uncovered lot; additional open street parking is available
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.
