The ground floor includes 3 double bedrooms, with each room equipped with its own shower/bidet/WC, air conditioning, fan and forced-air heating. The main kitchen on this level features 5 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, and a cooking island. Additionally, there is a bidet and separate WC on this floor. The upper floor, accessed via an exterior staircase, contains a living room with sloping ceilings and television. You will also find 1 room with sloping ceilings containing 1 bed, complete with air conditioning, fan and forced-air heating. This level includes a small kitchen with 4 hot plates and oven, along with a dining table, as well as a shower/bidet/WC.
