This home is an excellent location and super comfortable space, and all within easy distance to Tucson's culture arts, dining and outdoor activities! Lots of space in this home. Plus its EASY ON the price! A Lovely home to enjoy after days, or evenings out on the town. Perfect location. This home has lots of architecture charm of homes built in the 50's with all modern remodeling. Great backyard for hanging out and Barbaques, A fire pit area too! Plenty of room for guest to enjoy gatherings, or simply find a space of your own in the home. Doggies are welcome guest too! Separate living room one with a door that can be closed off for sleeping quarters, or is also game room, or for watching T.V..

The location was not what we were hoping for. We were looking for a bit more of a mountain setting however there was a beautiful veiw and tge neighborhood was very quiet. The location was tucked away from the main road on a peaceful little road with no traffic . The host was absolutely wonderful. Her communication and quickness to respond was very refreshing. I would definitely stay again

Property was exactly as shown and described in listing. House was on a quiet street, lots of room, comfortable. Everything we needed was located in the kitchen and there were plenty of towels and linens. Backyard was securely fenced so our pets could run and play off-leach. Was a relaxing stay for my family. Only negative was neighbors German Shepherds (2). They barked/growled, jumped high enough to see over the block wall when we had our pets outside. However, that is not anything the owner of the VRBO rental could control. They never tried to climb the wall into our backyard. So, for my family, it was a relaxing holiday stay and I would recommend to property to any family visiting the Tucson area.

Pros - The owner is very nice. The patio and fenced in yard were great for sitting out and the dog enjoyed laying in the sun. It worked out to have three bedrooms and two baths. We enjoyed having 2 good tv's since the weather wasn't always that good. It was a central location to shopping, restaurants, and hiking.
Cons- It needs a deep cleaning. Dishes were cracked and chipped. I had to clean the coffee machine before I used it.. Rugs and comforters looked like they needed to be washed.
