Comforting and spacious feel throughout. This is a newer home built in 2024. This home was considered a two bedroom home at the time of purchase with an additional flex room and additional study room which have been converted to bedrooms #3 and #4 The home space features one king bed and three queen beds, perfect for families or groups. Guests enjoy two bathrooms, each equipped with a bathtub, shower, and hair dryer for convenience. The house stays comfortable year-round with heating and AC, and an iron is available to keep your clothes fresh. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or planning your next adventure, this terrific home offers an enjoyable stay. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place. It has a new outdoor hot tub/spa. There is an 85 inch television in the living room that you can watch tv from the kitchen since the house has an open floor plan. it has a beautiful dining table that seats 8. The master bedroom has a desk/work station and a printer if needed. It has 43 inch television in the master bedroom mounted on the ceiling very cool feature. Bedroom number two has new 32 inch television and bedroom number three has a new 43 inch television. There is no television in bedroom four. All bedrooms have carpet and are always maintained clean. The master bedroom has a walk in shower which is next level. It also features a walk in closet and a double sink. bedroom #2 has a closet and bedroom #3 and #4 have clothes hangers only. This home features an ample laundry room with modern washer and dryer. There is garage opener in the drawer next to the refrigerator. The back patio has round glass table and 4 chairs and gas barbecue grill. The small key on key chain is for the outside gate lock. The Silverbell Golf course is 1 mile away and is 3 minute drive. El Rio Golf course is 2.8 miles away and it is a 7 minute drive. The JW Marriott Starr Pass golf course is 6.5 miles away. If your interests are hiking then Tumamoc hill is 3.5 miles away. Approximately 1/8th of a mile east on Goret St. you will run into The Santa Cruz River Park and the Rillito River Park, This bike route is 138 miles long and loops all over Tucson so bring your Bicycles! Safeway Grocery store is 1.7 miles away and downtown Tucson is 4-5 miles away. The distance to the Mexican border in Nogales is 70 miles and the distance to Tombstone AZ is 75 miles. This home has everything you need, pans, silverware, dishes, towels cleaning supplies paper towels toilet tissue and more! This home has an upgraded gas stove! for your enjoyment.
