Very well equipped and comfortable townhouse. Clear directions and entry instructions and good pre-trip communications. Short walk to gondola to the Big White village base. Private indoor parking in the unit.

We had a great two night stay at the Rustic Haven. Rooms are comfortable. The hot tub is great. We had everything we need in the kitchen. The parking though is more ideal for smaller cars. We were able to fit my Ford Explorer but it was tight. We can hardly open the first and second seats. Overall it is a great place to stay for family and groups.
