The condo was gety nicely decorated. We really enjoyed the hot tub. We were disappointed that is wasn't ski in and out. Should have been mentioned.
Location. This should have been mentioned. There was no ski in and out. Microwave was diry and so was the stove.

The hot tub, the games, the utilities, extra towels
Microwave was broken, no Pam or sugar (other essential food things), the main bedroom was freezing while the rest of the rooms were boiling hot. Bad communication on how to get into the building and waited on hold for an hour.

Dryer door didn’t lock so we couldn’t dry our towels

The bedding was very dirty. You can clearly hear people upstairs walking and talking, and it is noisy most of the time. In addition, the washer stopped working, the appliances may not be regularly maintained.
