    1. Hotel is on the Bangalore-Chikksballapur highway, there’s noisy traffic, braking and honking noise all night, hard to sleep at night. 2. Reception staffs need training as they repeatedly say ‘no sir’ for many things. But senior staff helped us. 3. Restaurant staff, a lady, is rigid and inflexible.
