I'm seriously upset about how I was treated by the staff at this hotel. I asked to use the sauna and paid 10 Euros with my card. The problem was, the sauna wasn't working right, and I had to wait two hours for it to get fixed, but it still didn't work. Then, they accused me of turning it off, which I definitely didn't do. The staff initially said they'd give me a refund, but then they changed their minds because I had paid by card. Everyone else who wanted to use the sauna hadn't paid, so I felt I deserved my money back. But the manager still refused, all because I used my card. I've honestly never felt so disrespected by hotel staff in my life, and I'm really disappointed. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

Went in non peak season.
Plus: Rooms spacious, cleaning everyday, Rooftop breakfast are a has great view, checking checkout was literally within a minute
Improvements: Restaurant closed and no food options nearby, bathroom design makes sure that it floods after every shower. Breakfast spread is same and very limited options for vegetarians.
