Welcome to The Bentonville Basecamp, a budget-friendly 4-bedroom home near downtown Bentonville and Walmart HQ. Ideal for families, friends, or business travelers, it sleeps up to 11 guests with 3 queen beds, 1 king bed, and a bunk bed (full bottom, twin top). Please note: Backyard is unavailable. There is an ADU (attached dwelling unit) with a separate entrance that houses a long-term tenant. The garage is available for bike/car storage, with driveway parking also provided. We really enjoyed our stay at this property The place was very comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. It felt cozy and relaxing, and everything was well organized. We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
