All guests must comply with the condominium rules. Please note that the pool may occasionally be closed for maintenance, which is outside our control.

1) Check-in takes place at the flat from 15:00.
2) Check-out takes place until 11:00.

8 pm - 9:59pm : a late check-in fee of 20€ will be charged
10 pm - 03 am : a late check-in fee of 30€ will be charged
At the time of check-out, guests must leave the flat relatively clean. Otherwise, we reserve the right to charge an extra cleaning fee of the same amount as the booking.
