Cleaning is included in your nightly rate. You’ll also have free parking during your stay. The front driveway can accommodate up to 4 cars, plus an additional street parking (1 spot, gravel/dirt) directly in front of the house.

Note: Deer are abundant in the neighborhood. Please be careful when driving.

Guest access:
Guests can use the entire living area of the house, the backyard, the porches, and the parking spaces. Guests are not allowed to access the garage and the attic.

By booking a stay with us, you agree to follow these house rules to help ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for everyone.

1. No smoking inside the house. No use of glitter or confetti.
Please smoke outdoors only and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Charges will be assessed based on professional cleaning/remediation costs and/or replacement of any linens or furniture damages.

2. No pets allowed. Legitimate service animals welcome!
We love animals, but to maintain cleanliness and accommodate allergies, pets are not permitted.

3. Strictly no parties allowed.
This is a quiet, residential area. Please respect our home and neighbors. Violating this rule will result in being asked to leave without a refund.

4. Only registered guests are allowed.
For safety and insurance purposes, only guests included in the booking are allowed on the property.

5. Quiet hours from 10 PM to 6 AM.
Please be mindful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these hours.

6. Do not rearrange furniture and wall art.
Feel free to make yourself comfortable, but please leave furniture and wall art as you found it.

7. Use appliances responsibly.
Instructions are provided where necessary—please reach out if you have any questions.

8. No mail should be sent to the property's address. Unfortunately, we won't be responsible for any packages delivered before or after your stay.

9. No firearms, weapons, or illegal drugs inside the house and on the property premises. If such items are left behind, they will be turned over to local law enforcement. You will be responsible for arranging the pickup of your item/s.

10. All items provided in the property are to remain at the property at all times. Damaged or missing item/s will be assessed based on the current replacement value or repair cost.

11. Follow the septic system best practices.
Very important: This property is on a septic system; only toilet paper and #1 and/or #2 can be flushed down the toilet—only non-solidifying liquids down any sink. No bleach or chemicals.
