About this house rental
***We are taking extra precautions to make sure that all of our homes are highly sanitized for all of our guest.
With our amazing view, you and your family will be forced to relax and have fun. We have 2 large bedrooms, each with their own full bathrooms. Plus a half bath in our sitting area. The master bedroom has two queen size beds. The master bath has a walk in shower, his and her sinks, and an amazing bath tub to sit in, with a glass of wine or soaking in a bath of bubbles. The second bedroom has a king size bed with a standard full size shower. We have a very large 2nd sitting area with extra sitting and dinning area. There is a gas fireplace located in the living room along with plenty of sitting for everyone. The highlight is the view from our home. We have a large deck, with seating to enjoy a nice family bbq outdoors and the breath taking view of Canyon Lake. Our home has a BBQ smoker available for cooking. You will need to bring wood to use the smoker.
Our home is also a short drive to a boat ramp right around the corner. Our guests also have access to a private community area right at the water. We do not have direct water access, so you will have to drive to the community area. Please note you can drive to the boat ramp, and walk down the dirt road. Directions to this area will be given with your check in information.

The house is very clean gave off a great vibe. The house is very beautiful and has a great location (views) lots of deer. Communication with owners was not very great once I arrived. Wifi never worked. They also said oven was not working when it was time for me to check in, which I believe maybe they haven't fixed since another review did mention it didn't work for them either a couple months ago. Phone service was not very great which I was upset about since they did say wifi was available but wasn't. Other than that the home is beautiful

The house was great, beautiful and the views were amazing, but appliances are very outdated. We had a meal to cook for 25 people the next day that I could not complete due to appliances not working.. I had to get Rudy's BBQ for $400 instead. Owner made aware and was very receptive, and she states they are working on it. But the owner did reports that a bird bath was found broken after we left. The owner required insurance as an add on to even book and yes I choose to book anyway even though I found that odd. Anyhow, I have no idea where on the deck or property this bird bath was located, and it was 40-20 degrees outside so we spent zero time on deck. I had paid the insurance at booking, and a claim was processed. I didn't have to pay anything additional, but it still doesn't sit well with me, especially since the first notice of such claim came from the insurance company to my email and not the owner. The lesson here for myself and others is to do a walk through video before and after! I normally do but since we were rushing out to sort out catering options for the aforementioned meal, and we were only there for the night, I didn't . Shame on me. Overall a great home! once the appliance issue is corrected, it will be top notch.

pretty house. two things
the air conditioner wasn't up to it.
No way this place sleeps 12 people -- if you're including fold-ups or cots, we were supposed to be 6. one couple had to cancel. Good thing because there was no comfortable place for them to sleep.
