We had an amazing stay at this property! It was the perfect spot for our Guadalupe River adventure, just a short 20-minute drive from the Horseshoe. The property offered a wonderful sense of privacy, making it a true retreat. We were delighted to find a grill, plates, cups, shampoo, conditioner, towels, and pots and pans—all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning worked flawlessly both upstairs and downstairs in both houses, ensuring we stayed cool throughout our visit. The interior felt freshly renovated, a modern charm. We particularly loved the unique layout with two separate houses and the fold-out couch in the game room, providing ample space for relaxation. The wrap-around deck on the A-frame was a lovely feature, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking to float the river—it's an absolute gem!
The deck did seem old but we still felt safe on it.
