The check-in procedure was quite frustrating. All the documents must be submitted through Google form. I prefer a smooth check in. Plus this facility doesn't have WiFi connection, cannot access the smart tv because of this. Need to pay security deposit Rm 100 in advance.

Before check-in, guests are required to pay a deposit and are then given a Google Drive link containing videos, documents, and photos with the check-in instructions. I had to park my car by the roadside and spend time going through all the materials before I could even begin the check-in process. It took me more than 15 minutes just to figure out where to stop my car and where to collect the key. When I finally found the mailbox, I realized I needed a PIN code to retrieve the key. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find the PIN anywhere in the documents. I messaged the host on WhatsApp for assistance, and the only response I received was, “Refer to the Google Drive files.” I then had to spend another 10 minutes standing there and re-reading the documents before eventually finding the information. The check-out and deposit refund process was equally frustrating. After checking out, I requested my deposit refund and was sent a Google Form that required me to fill in a large amount of information. Once completed, I was informed that the refund would take three working days to process. Since my stay coincided with a long weekend, it took almost a full week to receive the refund. Overall, the entire experience felt unnecessarily complicated. Instead of feeling like a guest, I felt like I was doing administrative work on behalf of the host, completing forms and searching through extensive documentation just to check in and receive my deposit back.
