    Overall, the hotel was fairly clean, and the check-in process was smooth. The Chinese lady at the reception was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and professional, which made for a great first impression. The location is also very convenient and ideal. Unfortunately, my stay was significantly affected by the night-duty staff. They were extremely loud throughout the night and into the early morning, laughing and talking loudly in the corridor without consideration for guests who were trying to sleep. I came here for an important meeting, but I barely got any rest because of the constant noise. While the hotel offers a good location and reasonably clean rooms, the lack of consideration shown by the night staff was very disappointing. I hope management addresses this issue, as it greatly impacts the guest experience. Because of this, I would think twice before booking this hotel again.
