I booked a room for one night. The first room I was taken to had blood stains on the bed cover. I asked for another room; and I got an equally disgusting room. It was extremely dirty, the bed sheet had stains on them. They did not provide me with a soap; I had to ask them for it. the floor was very dusty. the bathroom was extremely yucky. the worst part was that they claim to have breakfast, but they don't. the receptionist will come and tell you that there are 3 options - dosa, idly and vada. when I asked him to get 2 idlys and 1 vada, I told received Idly, which had been purchased in a local shop, and no vada. there was a hair on the plate on which I received my food. I asked him where is the vada, the receptionist claims that he is giving me the food on the complementary basis and I should just eat. I stayed in room 202. and it was the worst experience of my life. the bigger problem is that AGODA does not have a complaint mechanism on their application. I wanted to raise these issues with Agoda, but there is not a single mechanism to raise any issues. and now after everything is over, they ask me to write a review. AGODA is also PATHETIC! Improve your mobile app. The least you can do is to have a tab on the application to raise immediate complaints or call your customer care.
