    My Experience at Nova Regency (Booked through Agoda) I stayed at Nova Regency in Bangalore for a few days after my son's surgery, hoping for a comfortable and stress-free stay during a difficult time. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. On the second day, my son got locked inside the bathroom because the door lock malfunctioned. He was unable to come out. I immediately informed the manager, but instead of treating it as an emergency, I was repeatedly told, "Give me 10 minutes," then "20 minutes." We were kept waiting for more than two hours while my son remained trapped inside. What was even more upsetting was the owner's response. Rather than showing concern for my son's safety and well-being, he kept asking me to tell my son to pull the lock and seemed more worried about the bathroom door and lock than the fact that a guest was stuck inside. The housekeeping service was equally poor. Rooms were not cleaned unless we repeatedly requested it. Even after asking, we had to keep following up several times before anyone came. Overall, the management lacked professionalism, urgency, and basic concern for guests. This was especially distressing at a time when my son was recovering from surgery. I regret choosing this property and feel that my money was wasted. I hope the management takes guest safety more seriously and improves its service so that no other family has to go through such an experience.
