I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Naina Lodge during my visit to Nainital.I arrived at Tallital Bus Stand at around 6:00 AM and walked towards Mallital via Mall Road. The lodge is around 1.7 km from Mallital Bus Stand. The only thing to keep in mind is that the road from Naina Devi Temple towards Naina Lodge is uphill, so walking with luggage can be a little tiring. However, if you are comfortable with a little uphill walking, this is a very good place to stay. When we reached the lodge, Mr. Mukesh welcomed us very warmly. He was extremely helpful and kind throughout our stay. He even told us, “If you had called me, I would have sent a scooty for you.” This was a very thoughtful gesture.Although the official check-in time mentioned in our booking was 1:00 PM, Mukesh helped us with an early check-in around 11:00 AM. We left our luggage at the reception and went to Mall Road while waiting. When we returned and entered our room, we were pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious, luxurious, neat, clean and well-maintained. Considering the price we paid, I feel it offered excellent value for money.Another advantage is that you can rent a scooty from the lodge, which makes it convenient to explore places around Nainital such as Mall Road, Khurpatal and the Himalayan View Point in Pangot.Overall, we had a wonderful experience at Naina Lodge. Special thanks to Mr. Mukesh for his warm hospitality and helpful nature.I would definitely recommend Naina Lodge to anyone visiting Nainital, and I would love to stay here again on my next visit.

We had a wonderful stay here, and the hosts were genuinely one of the best parts of our experience. They were a lovely couple, extremely friendly, helpful, and always cooperative whenever we needed anything. Although parking was not available at the property, they always helped us park our rented scooty whenever we faced any difficulty. Their support went beyond what we expected. Even after we checked out, we asked if we could leave our luggage until the evening, and they immediately agreed. Later, when my partner needed a place to change, they kindly provided us with a room without any hesitation. This was incredibly helpful and thoughtful. Their hospitality is the reason we completely understand why this place has such a high rating. If you're a couple planning to explore Nainital, I would definitely recommend staying here. The location is one thing, but the kindness and cooperation of the hosts make the experience truly special. ❤️
