Very traditional Bavarian accomodation with extra apartments

We were lucky to get one of the apartments in a separate building; the apartment was huge, had a separate bedroom and a bed in the main room, and also a small kitchen. Overall, it was spacious and very clean. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

It is located in a very quiet area, they have ample parking next to the building and a good German restaurant. Breakfast is nothing special, but good enough. Very nice to stay on the way to the south.

We loved our stay. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and had all the amenities one would hope for. Good comunication with the owners. Definitely recommend, and look forward to return.

beautiful historic hotel

The beautiful romantic room with canopy bed and musician theme, the well-designed bathroom. The possibility to eat dinner in the restaurant on the ground floor, which is very helpful when you arrive late. The beautiful historic building with amazing details from those times. The good breakfast with fresh sausage from the butchery.

If the kitchen of the restaurant closed a little later (21.30 or 22.00 instead of 21.00) it would be helpful. Breakfast for 11€ per person is a little pricy.

The room was comfortable and clean with all the essential forniture.The breakfast was good,but for 11€ per person I would like to suggest to add more food and variety on the buffet.

I really didn't like the novax brochures at the entrance of the Gasthof,I respect all the different opinions about COVID, but this was no respectful at all.

It’s a perfect place for overnight stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was simple but good. There’s a great imbis and bakery just across the street.

Amazing view from the room and great decor. Pub beers and food were great and staff were very friendly and helpful. Also enjoyed the beers we could pay for to enjoy in our room after hours. Location is great for hikes in the nearby hills. I ran a loop up petersberg hill in the morning. Would make a great hike and there is a pub at the top for lunch Bakery and butchers nearby also fantastic and worth a visit Got my traditional German fix 😁

Cute but small

The location is great and the owner was very communicative and nice. The rooms are very decorative and they offer a traditional German breakfast.

Room was very small and the queen bed had only one side accessible so one person had to crawl over the other to get in and out of bed. The breakfast offered for 11€ for adults and 7€ for kids seemed very minimal for the amount.

close to the highway, very clean, no nonsense, cute room.

bathroom smelled a bit mildewy (but was very clean and well maintained) - also smoking in the stairwell makes the whole hallways smell like smoke.

Superb

We booked the room as it was a long drive from Danmark to Italy and we didnt want to drive through the night. We have met a very warm welcome by the owner and had a late dinner. When we woke up, we saw amazing surrounding of this cute village. The hotel is so cute, Tirolian style. If we had more time, we could imagine to stay for few more nights and relax in this mountain area.
