The location of the property and the stunning views from the room is absolutely magnificent. The owner Amit and his staff Jaspreet were very warm, polite, welcoming and full of information about the place. Food was also good. However, the most memorable thing was the property location which literally translated into house on clouds. Highly recommeded.

Very disappointing experience. I booked the most expensive room category, but was given a standard room instead. The hotel was clearly unprepared for guests.
Food service was extremely slow—we waited nearly 2 hours for our order, and the quality was poor. The tea was essentially hot water with little flavor. The staff appeared uninterested in helping; their default response to most requests was simply "no." When I asked for tea, I was told it wasn't available. The same happened with breakfast, even though it was included in my package.
At check-in, I was informed that a basic breakfast buffet would be available in the morning. Instead, we were given a packet of biscuits and what seemed like boiled water instead of tea.
Considering the amount charged, I would strongly recommend looking at other options or choosing a homestay. I've had far better hospitality, service, and overall experiences at homestays than at this hotel.
