I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience was so unacceptable that I feel it is important to warn other travelers. My stay at this inn was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had, and it is extremely disappointing that a platform like Agoda lists such a property. The room was in a very unhygienic condition. The bathroom is placed inside the bedroom but has large open gaps between the bathroom walls and the bedroom walls, which allows extremely unpleasant smells to spread throughout the entire room. There is no exhaust fan, so the bad odor remains trapped in the room, making it very uncomfortable to stay even for a short time. Cleanliness was clearly not a priority here. The blankets appeared unwashed, the room itself was not cleaned properly, and basic maintenance was missing. The door did not even close properly, which made the stay feel insecure and poorly managed. For the price paid and for a hotel listed on a major booking platform, this level of neglect is simply unacceptable. What made the experience even worse was the staff behavior. The staff were not courteous and did not communicate respectfully with customers. Instead of being helpful, they were dismissive and unprofessional. I managed to stay there only for one day, and it was in a very bad mood because of the poor conditions. I strongly advise travelers to think twice before booking this property. Agoda should seriously review the hotels they list, because experiences like this damage the trust customers place in their platform.
