I recently stayed at Hotel Pasupala Inn, and unfortunately, the overall experience fell far short of expectations:
Confusing Entrance & Poor First Impression: Although the hotel is located on a main road, the entrance is hidden away to the side, requiring guests to take an elevator to the 2nd floor just to reach the lobby. The directory board explaining the floor layout was blocked by a standing poster, making check-in unnecessarily confusing. To add to this, a staff member sitting near the elevator ran off when we arrived. When called by reception to help with our bags, he casually claimed he had left to take a phone call instead of doing his job.
Unacceptable Treatment of Drivers (Major Dealbreaker): Most 3-star properties provide basic rest areas and washroom access for drivers. Pasupala offers zero driver amenities. When we asked, the front desk was extremely rude and dismissive, bluntly stating, "We don't have any of that. It's ₹500, we'll provide a mattress, that's all" as if ending the conversation. This lack of basic courtesy for drivers is a major reason I will never return.
Dining Concerns: The in-house restaurant serves both vegetarian and non-vegetarian items. Due to multiple guest reviews mentioning potential cross-contamination between veg and non-veg food, we felt uncomfortable eating there and completely skipped the breakfast, even though it was included in our room rate.
Between the poor front-desk attitude, lack of staff discipline, and absence of basic hospitality standards, I cannot recommend this property and will not be staying here again.

Had a pleasant stay ., check in was smooth.,rooms were neet and clean, toilets were clean and hygienic, complimentary breakfast was great, underground carparking available for 4 to 5 cars. Overall very satisfied with my stay.

I booked a veg biriyani from there restaurant and i got a veg biriyani but under the biriyani i saw a small pieces of bone chiken , after i call to restaurant the just said we are so sorry for our mistake . As a pure vegetarian i felt very guilty after i eat 2 spoon of biriyani. When we are checkout after morning i got a bill from there restaurant, there head chief told as please somthing from us we got a masala milk as a complimentry but they provide bill to us we are paying too. there staff are not good after all .
