    When we arrived at the lodging at 10 AM to store our luggage after landing in Santorini, Artemis greeted us warmly, running over with a wave and a smile. Overlooking the stunning Aegean Sea, Artemis spread out a map while serving welcome drinks, expertly explaining local restaurants and attractions, marking the map with notes. After the detailed briefing, we left our luggage and returned at 12:30 PM to check in. The room’s layout, amenities, cleanliness, and bedding exceeded the website’s descriptions and photos. Just a three-minute walk from the back door led to a spot where we could enjoy a 360-degree view of Santorini’s sea. It was a place where we could witness both sunrise and sunset. The convenience of parking right in front of the lodging, accessed with a gate remote, felt luxurious and practical. The breakfast, which changed daily, was exceptional, served with care each morning with a view of the beautiful Aegean Sea. Communication via WhatsApp was lightning-fast, with responses never taking more than a minute. Artemis, always with a bright smile, provided top-notch service, truly the best host imaginable. If there were a Michelin Guide-like system for rating the best accommodations and hosts, I’m certain Ethos Vegan Retreat and Artemis would rank in the top 1%. There’s even a Carrefour, the French supermarket chain, nearby, and its location between Oia and Fira makes it the perfect base for exploring every corner of the island. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here to experience everything we did. I look forward to seeing Artemis’s radiant smile again!

    We had such an amazing time staying at Ethos. The location offers more privacy than most and has everything. We found the stay relaxing and comfortable with such incredible food. If you are vegan, this is the only place to stay if in all of Greece. If you aren’t vegan, I guarantee you will still love the food. It is plentiful and beautiful! We will definitely be coming back!
