The location is convenient with easy access to transport, and the facilities are well-equipped, includiable hot water. While the value for moneyis solid, some aspects like cleanliness and staff service could be improved for a more comfortable stay.

Located right beside Wong Wian Yai bts and very near a highway to downtown Bangkok. It is a strategic location. Room is very comfortable for a solo or couple traveller the lights are warm, bed good, toilet comfortable and very clean. The only downside is there is no GYm otherwise it’s perfect. Staff are nice but they ask for a few for late check out. First time I have encountered this in bangkok

I was impressed with this place. The rooms are new and the fundamentals are sound. The bed is super comfortable, the rooms are quiet and the blackout curtains mean you'll get a great sleep.

The most memorable part of my stay, unfortunately, was the check-in experience. One male receptionist demonstrated a remarkably minimalist approach to hospitality. There was no greeting, no explanation, and no eye contact. When it came time to sign the deposit form, it was simply placed on the counter without a word, as if I were expected to understand everything instinctively. The tone felt more like giving instructions than assisting a guest, which is a curious interpretation of service for a hotel that presents itself as a four-star property. The absence of luggage assistance was equally notable. A luggage cart was positioned right in front of the elevator, yet it appeared to function more as decoration than a service tool. No staff member offered to help. Interestingly, the only genuinely warm gesture came from a security guard who offered a welcome orange juice. It was appreciated, and somewhat ironic that the most hospitable moment did not come from the front desk. Once inside the room, the experience improved. The room is spacious with a well-planned layout. The entrance hallway is wide enough to accommodate luggage comfortably without feeling cramped. The walk-in closet area is practical and includes a refrigerator, safe box, kettle, and complimentary bottled water. The bed is very large and comes with four pillows, which is a positive detail, although the mattress felt slightly firm for my preference. The air conditioner produced a squeaky noise when set to swing mode, but switching it to a fixed position resolved the issue. One bedside reading lamp was not functioning and no replacement part was available, although the maintenance team responded quickly and made a genuine effort to fix it. Pool-view rooms were fully booked, so my room faced the road, where some traffic noise could be heard. Wi-Fi performance was also disappointing, with a weak signal and slow speeds in room ***. The bathroom is spacious and well designed, featuring a rain shower with strong water pressure and a full set of amenities expected at this level. However, there was a visible stain on the wall, and the hotel rules booklet had an unpleasant smell, which suggests that attention to detail may not be entirely consistent. Overall, the room itself is comfortable and well equipped. However, the unprofessional check-in behavior from one staff member, along with minor cleanliness issues, significantly affected the overall experience.
