    In my 6 days stay in Urban view, I moved to 3 rooms. All had cocknroaches. In the second room I transfered to, the sink was clogged and a centipid came out of the sink. There were small cockroacjes crawling on the floor bed table and wall. I hope they will solved it as I have given them feedback.

    Bit pricey for solo but when you’re sharing this is one of the best place. Though the rooms are kinda old but it’s well maintained and clean. Location-wise it’s accessible and easy to locate. Parkin

    We have been loyal guests of this hotel since around 2021 or 2022. But this past stay of ours stressed us a lot. Our first room's shower heater was not working, and when asked for help, the staff didn't know what to do. They also did not clean our room up, despite us hanging the "Please make up our room" sign on the door. Communication between their staff's shifts was really lacking this time. Their recent service really disappointed us. Hopefully they get to train their staff better next time
