    Few things which struck us, The hotel has promised they have items like baby bathtub n baby friendly stays. We even had requested for room closer to amenities n without any hurdles but were given room in last row of villas which needed a trip in car on cliff with baby stuff carried every day even for breakfast, lunch, dinner n activities like walks. The rooms in photos were exceptional but once we checked in, realized that they were from 5 years ago as balcony frame was rusty n chairs were messy n not clean. When asked for extra cups for tea, they asked us to return currently used and mostly brought them back by cleaning them. The staff hounds you at 11 sharp and calls you every 5 mins while baby was crying. The car given to vallet had some kind of red marks on non-drivint seat (mostly tobacco products) which I showed them. And cherry on top, they expect us to pay additional service charge (although optional). Maybe it was very good back in the day but now it's just running on location and premium feel. For same price, places like munnar, udaipur give you so much more.

    The rooms were dated with no small windows for fresh air. They charge Rs1000 for high speed internet if you want. Food in restuarants is expensive with slow service. The Pizza restuarant is good and a place to try. Otherwise just another expensive resort trying to keep up.
