Location is central Matlock, just slightly up a hill from all the shops and restaurants. This superb Victorian house has been restored to a very high specification.
As there were two of us staying a second toilet might have been useful but really it was one of the best properties I’ve ever stayed in.

Lovely house in a great location. It was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The kitchen was very well equipped, and there was a lovely little garden and seating area outside. The area was very quiet and peaceful but within easy walking distance of the centre of Matlock. Lots of lovely homely touches and a wide variety of books provided. Really enjoyed our stay and hope to return!
