Bologna House Fioravanti 25

Everything was great. The accommodation was clean, and exceptionally well equipped. Tea, coffee and sugar were provided but there are also many of the necessities which many hosts forget: condiments etc for cooking, laundry detergent for washing clothes. The place is nicely furnished, bright, cool, a great size for any length of stay. Very comfortable. And the location was exceptional: close to the main station but the other side from the old town, so everything is close by but it encourages you to look beyond the main historic sites to see more of every day Bolognese life.

It's difficult to find any faults. Perhaps just two minor ones. First, the addition of a lamp or up lighter in the living room would improve the comfort of the room. Second, even in late September it was warm and the stairs took getting used to: a bottle or jug of water in the fridge would have been very welcome.
