Good location 5 mins from the beach. Dog friendly. New carpets and flooring. Pleasant garden with patio furniture.
Kitchen has not been renovated and although well equipped with microwave, china, cutlery, glasses etc the cupboards, tiles and walls are very shabby and the cooker is old which is surprising given the rest of the house has clearly been redecorated and new flooring laid. Furniture in the living room/dining room is basic and not very comfortable. Shower over bath is not very powerful.
