Great period cottage with plenty of character in a peaceful village in rural Northamptonshire, nicely situated for what we wanted to do. Lovely walks near by. Bed was nice and comfortable.

The decor was tired and, coupled with the ease with which dry leaves seemed to follow you into the house, took some of the shine off. It felt like some things could do with renovating which would have raised the score somewhat. Dishwasher was interesting to access as it seemed to sit at an angle to the kitchen and the door rubbed on the wall.
