Miners Studio Guest Suite

Great location, clean, modern

Could use more kitchen wares. New strainer would be nice (:

Location was amazing. Literally in the heart of downtown. One block to anywhere you would need to go for shopping or dining. Best pizza around the corner! Ice cream parlor across the street! Free on-site parking was great. We loved not having to drive anywhere to eat and look for parking; we could just walk! TV and soundbar were great for winding down. Bed was comfy and clean.

Unit is much, much smaller than listed. Probably at most about 400 sf, no where near the listed 1000 sf. It's really just a tiny studio with the bed and a small stable and chairs, no other areas to sit of hang out. There was weird hallway connected to the kitchen, which was useful for storing our 2 bikes, but useless for anything else. Kitchen only had 3 glasses and 2 small and 2 dinner plates. No sponge to clean the dishes (had to buy my own). Fridge didn't have a freezer (i.e. no ice). A bit dark even with the dimmers on high setting. No dresser or cabinets to hold our clothes, just a closet with some wire hangers; room looked messy because we had no where to put anything!
