Stayed for a conference nearby and added a few vacation days. Host is very helpful and accommodating + easy to reach and communicate with. Apartment is very safe. And the whole building complex is modern and clean. Whole checkin and checkout process is also very simple due to the doors being locked with number pads. The apartment itself was mostly clean when we checked in and seems newly renovated and modern. Towels and slippers were supplied. Every appliance imaginable is also supplied. Washing machine was very clean and therefore usable. Didn't need AC during our stay but there is central air conditioning. Was also free of any mosquitos and spiders :).
