تجربة جميلة جدا في هذا الفندق، وأكثر ما يميزه النظافة والاهتمام بالتفاصيل. الفندق بالكامل نظيف ومرتب، والأثاث والتجهيزات حديثة وجديدة، وكل شيء في الغرف والمرافق يبدو بحالة ممتازة ونظافة واضحة. ومن أجمل ما في الفندق وجود جلسات رائعة على السطح، مع كافيه صغير وأجواء هادئة وجميلة جدا، بالإضافة إلى إطلالة مميزة ورائعة على الأهرامات، خصوصا في المساء، وهي من أجمل التفاصيل التي أضافت للتجربة. كذلك نشكر القائمين على الفندق على حسن الأخلاق والتعامل الراقي، وبالأخص موظفي الاستقبال وجميع العاملين، فقد كان تعاملهم محترما وودودا جدا. ملاحظة مهمة: واجهتنا معاناة في الوصول إلى الفندق بسبب أن الموقع الظاهر في تطبيق Booking غير دقيق. نأمل من إدارة الفندق تحديث الموقع على Booking، وننصح الضيوف بعد الحجز بالتواصل مع الفندق مباشرة للحصول على الموقع الصحيح لتجنب أي صعوبة في الوصول. بشكل عام، بصراحة فندق يستحق التجربة، وأتمنى تكرار الزيارة مرة أخرى. 🌹
