Private Luxury Pool Villa 300m to Ban Tai Beach

De locatie is super. Dit gedeelte van Koh Samui is nog niet helemaal vol gebouwd en toeristisch. Nog veel locale winkeliers en het strand en de paar strandtentjes zijn geweldig. Het strand is echt dichtbij. Dat was heerlijk.

De accommodatie staat op een nog te ontwikkelen project. Dus veel bouwwerkzaamheden. Niet hinderlijk. Maar we hadden dit graag op voorhand geweten. Dat is mogelijk ook de reden dat wij de exacte locatie pas op dag van aankomst doorkregen. Voor je afval is de afvalcontainer buiten niet toereikend. Er was een watertekort waardoor we de eerste dag niet konden douchen en het toilet met zwembadwater moesten doorspoelen. Dit is heel snel verholpen door de locatiemanager door extra watertanks te plaatsen. Er hangen niet voor alle slaapkamer ramen gordijnen. Dit was hinderlijk voor de nachtrust. Wij snappen dit niet omdat dit redelijk makkelijk te voorkomen is.

We had a wonderful stay at this stunning new villa near Bantai Beach. The villa is modern, spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed with high ceilings and lots of natural light. We especially loved the private pool and the open doors to the living room. The location is excellent — just a short walk or ride to the soft sands and calm waters of Bantai Beach. The area feels relaxed yet convenient, with nearby restaurants, while still offering plenty of privacy. The host was responsive and helpful throughout. Everything felt brand new and well-maintained. Highly recommended for a peaceful, luxurious escape. We’d definitely return!

Because the villa is so new, some rooms do not have curtains installed yet. It didn’t bother us at all (we actually enjoyed the extra morning light), and I’m sure they’ll be added very soon
