We liked how safe the place was. We received a code where securities at the gate verified everytime we leave or enter the property. They did this with everyone. The staff at the venue was amazing. Grace welcomed us with warmth and showed u around. The room was amazing and facing the dam. It was easy to visit the nearby attraction sites. We had an AMAZING weekend. Thank you.
It is nothing major and believe it was just an honest mistake. We did not have tiolet paper in our room. Fortunatley we brought our own. And when they cleaned the room they replaces it.

The staff was very helpful and went the extra mile, Kea in particular. Great location.
Breakfast times are too early for someone on holiday- they should consider moving breakfast to 10:30, not 9:30. Someone on holiday does not need to set up an alarm for breakfast. Check-out time is also too early; suggest moving it to 11/ 11:30. You also need to ensure bathrooms have stands for soap etc.
