    We enjoyed our stay.

    No proper heaters in cold winter night. Oil heaters went off . Power was out most of the time. Shower floor flooded. Hotel.does not cater for kids accommodation. Provided we had to carry own mattress for kids. Bedding provided was dirty and stained. No pillows provided for kids. Most rooms didn't have hot water. No urgency when approached hotel reception. TV channels didn't work at all. Due to no power supply couldn't charge phones or make coffee. Breakfast was good. Cathy was very good humble and polite.

    Very efficient and friendly welcome. Unfortunately heating system for hot water was not working. Electricity kept tripping as a result the rooms were very cold, luckily the extra blankets provided, helped in this very cold winter. Otherwise the venue is beautiful for any type of event.

    The hotel had no power.and we had to move. We were shuttled, however we had to navigate in the dark, no help from the hotel staff at all. We had to manage our own luggage. The.bus driver just sat watched. We had a group of elderly folk and it was extremely difficult. We had a function there and the team were not aware we booked and did not alert us to the change until our event ended and we made them aware. I was surprised they could not account for their guests.
