Lunatica Bali

Very pleased with our stay! The room was very clean and the staff were very helpful and kind. The area was very convenient, and we felt that it was very close to everything. Loved the chill and calm vibe, even though it was so central. Have to give an extra thank you to the wonderful Tiara, which made our stay perfect :) We Are very happy and would love to come back in the future!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la tranquillité de l’hôtel ainsi que l’aspect privé de chaque suite, qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de notre séjour dans un cadre paisible et agréable. Tout le personnel de Lunatica était véritablement aux petits soins pour nous, avec beaucoup de gentillesse et d’attention. Un merci tout particulier à Amanda et Tiara, qui se sont merveilleusement occupées de nous et ont largement contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous garderons un très beau souvenir de cette expérience et recommandons vivement Lunatica !

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Uluwatu. It is located a little away from the main road, which makes it a quiet and relaxing place to stay. The hotel has a large swimming pool in the centre, as well as two private pools. Everything we needed was there, and our room was cleaned beautifully every day. A special mention must go to Tiara at the reception. The mattress was quite firm for us, but Tiara went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. She arranged softer pillows for us, offered a complimentary meal as a gesture of compensation, and was always there to help with literally anything we needed. Her kindness, attention and willingness to help really made our stay even better. Overall, a lovely hotel with great facilities and, most importantly, wonderful staff. We would definitely be happy to stay here again.

Un emplacement au calme mais proche du centre, une chambre spacieuse.

Aucune âme dans l’hôtel.. c’est très triste. Petit déjeuner incomplet avec 1h d’attente. Absence de bouilloire dans la chambre.. beaucoup de points à améliorer encore. Notamment à minima une ambiance musicale et des éclairages plus cosy dans les espaces communs, un mini bar rempli pour les chambres et davantage d’équipements (bouilloire, lit de salle de bains..)
