Lunatica Bali

Very clean space. Good breakfast. Calm environment even tho you are super close to a lot of restaurants. No construction noise (rare nowadays). The staff is very friendly and provided great service. Special shoutout to Amanda & Tiara for all their attentive service.

No amenities (vanity kit, toothbrush, body lotion).

Room and pool are so nice

De kamer is uitstekend, gezellig en ruim. Heerlijk zwembad en rustig

Als het druk is met verkeer hoor je wel erg goed het scooter-geraas. Was niet elke avond.

First of all, the staff were amazing, especially Tiara. Everyone was incredibly kind and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Having food brought directly to the room was also a great touch. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and the staff were fantastic, but for this particular suite I don’t think the value for money is quite there, especially if privacy is important to you.

The reason for my lower rating is that I feel Lunatica is slightly over-marketed. To be clear, I’m only referring to the suite with the private pool, as that’s where we stayed and I can’t comment on the other rooms. We chose it as the most premium option, expecting a very private experience, but in reality the main pool overlooks both the suite and its private pool, so privacy is quite limited. Everything is beautiful, comfortable and well thought out, and it’s definitely a very nicely designed homestay. However, considering we booked their top room, the overall experience didn’t quite match what we expected from the photos, description and price.
