Super social, amazing outdoor area, super central

Cleanliness could use some work. The choice in reps could also use a lot of work

Aircon doesn’t work properly. They are all set to a particular temperature and can’t be changed. Staff won’t provide any spare plates etc in rooms if required. Staff won’t even respond to wats app messages (their preferred way to communicate). Very loud and disruptive.

DD and Sonny were legends - good staff, good fun

The location was good and convenient, and the room itself was okay overall

The hostel was extremely noisy and, in my opinion, very overpriced for what it offers. There was also no hot water during my stay. I understand that I was informed about this beforehand, but I still consider the lack of hot water unacceptable for accommodation at this price point. More importantly, I didn’t feel particularly welcome socially. As an Arab guest, I felt quite out of place; almost everyone I encountered was Western, and I received a few looks that made me uncomfortable. I can only speak from my own experience, but the overall atmosphere did not feel very inclusive or welcoming to me
