Eine außergewöhnliche Lage mit 8m Balkon und freier Sicht auf das Meer (jeden Abend Sonnenuntergang), nur wenige Meter zum Wasser. Essecke und Liegen auf dem Balkon, sowie zwei Markisen. Auf den ersten Eindruck wirkte alles luxuriös - stilvoll maritim - ästhetisch (die Bilder [Originale?] passend dazu. Diese Wohnung entsprach völlig meinem Geschmack.
Die dunkle Beleuchtung, die Begrenzung des Balkons (NICHT KINDERSICHER, 3. Stock), kein Kinderstuhl, kein Spielzeug,wie ich es aus anderen Ferienhäusern kenne. Probleme mit dem Fenster im Kinderzimmer, auch das Schiff muss repariert werden. Die Wohnung ist mit Liebe eingerichtet, aber kleine Reparaturen sind ebenso dringend,wie auch eine sichere Begrenzung des Balkons.
