It's spacious, have a functional kitchen, bathroom and hot shower and a big comfy bed. It was specifically what I looked for. The area is really quiet and calm and had no trouble sleeping or watching movies on my phone.
There are a lot of ants, some geckos that I guess help with the ants, had some mosquitos as well and couldn't figure out where they enter from since I closed all windows. No cockroaches or mice though. There was no TP so had to buy some and no mirror in the bathroom only in the bedroom which is fine but a little uncomfortable. If you have no problem with a little ants (mostly in the bathroom area, not by the bed) this is the best budget apartment you can get, I had a fantastic time!
