Apartament bardzo czysty I zadbany na nowym osiedlu. Super wyposazony. Blisko do stacji PKP lodz Kaliska oraz przytankow tramwajowych. W 10 min mozna dojechać do centrum Łodzi.

Świetna lokalizacja, siłownia w bliskim sąsiedztwie, cicha okolica, dobry transport publiczny. Mieszkanie bardzo świeże i zadbane, wysoki poziom czystości.
Przydałaby się bliżej jakaś żabka lub sklep spożywczy w bliskiej, ale tragedii nie ma (aktualnie kilkanaście minut spacerku). Przydałby się też parking z miejscem przypisanym do lokum.

Bardzo ładny apartament i super lokalizacja. Dla kibiców speedwaya blisko na Moto-arenę, również do Atlas Areny czy ZOO oraz do centrum. Sam lokal czyściutki, jest w nim wszystko co potrzeba. Polecamy i na pewno zawitamy tam ponownie.
