Clean. Basic. Large room.

The location is excellent, on a quiet street only a 10 minute walk to the Festival Theatre. Parking included. The room was basic, but clean and adequate with a fridge and Keurig coffee maker. It is excellent value in an expensive town.

Apart from the quite nice rooms the building is in very poor, delipidated condition. There is no staff on site apart from the housekeeper in the morning.

L'emplacement était parfait : près de l'eau, quartier tranquille, charmant, que l'on découvre à pied. Lit double confortable, cafetière très pratique, télé avec écran plat, chambre tranquille et propre, mobilier en bois avec un certain charme, balcon apprécié, parking privé. Ben a toujours répondu rapidement à nos questions, via la messagerie de Booking, et a prolongé notre séjour d'une nuit, sans délai. Nous lui en sommes très reconnaissants.

Il est vrai que l'immeuble pourrait être rénové, mais franchement, ça ne nous a posé aucun souci.
