La posizione eccellente, a 3 minuti a piedi dalle passerelle sugli scogli, e a 10 dal lido sabbioso, la terrazza vista mare, il parcheggio interno fondamentale nel periodo estivo, il rapporto qualità prezzo imbattibile dato il periodo, disponibilità del proprietario Samuele che ha accolto le nostre richieste. Doppi servizi. Consigliata a famiglie che amano fare snorkeling, e chi cerca tranquillità lontano dalla movida notturna.
Ambiente rustico con qualche imperfezione e un giardino leggermente disordinato, aspetto che il proprietario ci ha gentilmente segnalato al nostro arrivo.
