La struttura è gestita a conduzione familiare, Marco e Ilenia molto disponibili sopratutto nel risolvere istantaneamente eventuali problematiche. Comodissima al centro per poter fare due passi anche dopo cena.

Casa ampia con due climatizzatori (fondamentali) e vicinissima alla spiaggia. Casa molto silenziosa nonostante si trovi al piano terra di una via molto trafficata la sera.
Nel balcone / area d'ingresso gira poca area e c'e' il motore del condizionatore, noi abbiamo cenato la sera nel balcone interno piu' riservato e ventilato (aveva anche molte meno zanzare)
